HUGS PUBLISHING is the development/publishing arm of BECKETT ENTERPRISES, focusing on the Teddy Hugs - Hugs & Friends license and properties.

The objectives of Hugs Publishing is to coordinate and oversee the development of the TEDDY HUGS license including educational material, story books, preschool learning books and electronic media. This division is directly managed by BECKETT INC. Sr. Vice President, Jason Beckett who coordinates and develops all the assets of the TEDDY HUGS franchise.

Teddy Hugs is the brain child of Beckett Inc. exec. Jason Beckett. His love for dynamic entrainment with educational foundations was the driving force for this property. Beckett Inc. has put it's full resources behind the program including retail assets through the Beckett Commerce division.

HUGS PUBLISHING announces the completion of the Hugs & Friends illustration team. This group of artists is made up of some of the best creative minds in the industry spanning the globe, from Spain and Italy to the USA.

HUGS PUBLISHING green lights dedicated Classic Stories for the Teddy Hugs Story Time series. Title will include favorites from Aesop and the Grimm Brothers.

HUGS PUBLISHING approves text for the first four Hugs & Friends preschool learning/activity books. Editors say they are consulting with illustrators to develop the look and continuity for the series. No release date has been set.
